Raven Consulting collects the information you voluntarily submit through the lead form, including contact information, project details, service interests, and communication preferences.

How information is used

• Review and respond to your request.
• Prepare a consultation, scope, quote, or referral recommendation.
• Maintain business records and prevent duplicate submissions.
• Protect the website from abuse and spam.

Form processing

The website sends verified submissions through a Netlify server-side function and stores them in a restricted Supabase Postgres database. Raven Consulting may configure approved email or workflow notifications for new submissions. Do not submit highly sensitive financial, medical, legal, identity, or credential information.

Retention and deletion

Lead information is retained only as reasonably needed for business follow-up, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email seths061691@gmail.com.

Sharing

Information is not sold to advertisers. It may be shared with a service provider or specialist only when necessary to evaluate or carry out the requested work, and when appropriate permission has been obtained.
